Morrone, Senior Manager-University of Connecticut 83'.  As an All-American Soccer Player at the University of Connecticut, and former Professional athlete with the New York Cosmos (NASL), Bill has combined his competitive sports background with over 20 years of professional sales experience in the Financial Services and e-Commerce Marketing arena, with the growing Merchant Services Industry.  As a Senior Manager for Capital Bankcard-New England, LLC, Mr. Morrone understands the importance of working closely with each merchant in helping them achieve their stated goals and objectives.  Even in this fast paced "high-tech" world that we all live in,  Bill and his entire sales team recognize that merchants demand "full disclosure, aggressive pricing, timely customer service, and NO surprises before, during, or after the sale!"  Merchants today want someone they can talk with, ask questions of, and get solid clear answers from.  At the end of the day, merchants want someone they can TRUST.  Trust is the foundation of every successful partnership.  Bill is also a NCAA Div. I, II, & III NISOA College Soccer Referee. 

Jeanne A. Morrone, Senior Merchant Advisor, Director of Admin.Operations.               Emmanual College 81', Jeanne has combined her degree in Graphic Design & Advertising with over 21 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner.  Jeanne is responsible for all levels of office management, staff training, statement analysis, merchant service proposals, account set up, credit card terminal programming and distribution, combined with all aspects of "in-house" customer service and client interface.  Jeanne has exceptional people and communication skills sets that allow merchants to get clear answers to some of their toughest questions.    

Together, Bill & Jeanne have four children:  Tyler, Nicholas, Kelsey, Joelle, and one grandson, Kohen.
