Our credit card processing had been with Capital Bankcard for many years. During that time sales reps from other processors would offer us deals. I would contact Jeanne & she would explain that it was not so. One day, a rep from First Data came in with a deal so good, I took it, calling Jeanne after signing on. She explained again that it was a sales pitch and not enough xtra profit to do so. I was promised a $300.00 monthly saving, and a $500 Visa gift card if they failed to do so. By comparison, the new company was actually charging me more, not saving me $300.00. After 3 months, I cancelled. The $500.00 visa card never materialized, with some lame excuse why I wasn't entitled. I humbly called Jeanne to come back, with a promise to NEVER leave again. The service is above and beyond, promises are never broken, she and her staff are alway available to help when a problem occurs.

Capital Bankcard New England came to us several years ago looking for an opportunity to earn our business. They did a thorough analysis of our current Merchant card service vendor at the time and they showed us that they could provide us with better rates and service! When it comes to Credit Card processing any retail business will agree that “Service” is by far the most important part of Merchant Services. Having said that our transactions get posted to our bank account promptly for the entire amount (no holdbacks & or down time).
